The best hairstyles are the ones that look amazing but are super simple to do!
These are perfect styles for your Christmas parties, church services or even for Christmas morning.
Excluding curling, these all took me less than 5 minutes!
Here are my 3 favourite easy holiday hairstyles!
1. Half up, Scrunchie.
Honestly adding a velvet scrunchie to any look brings the class up by a lot!
This one is so simple:
• curl hair
• Add some volume with backcombing
• Pull into a half pony with a small elastic
• Add festive scrunchie!
2. Half up, Braided.
This one looks harder then it is! After you curl your hair take a section from one side of the front of your face(leaving bangs out if you have any) and loosely do a simple braid. Secure braid with an elastic and then gently pull on each piece of the braid to “pancake” it out, pulling the hair on each bubble of the braid will give it a fuller and thicker look. repeat on the other side.
Once you have both braids done, secure them together in the back with one of the elastics. Add a ribbon or hair clip for a fancier look.
3. The Simple Chignon
Simple yet elegant. Once hair has been curled and backcombed, smooth it with a comb down and pull your hair to the side. Simply twist your hair until it naturally pushes up and twist it up into a nice bun shape on your head. Hold it in place with one hand and with the other slide a Bobbi pin(don’t open the pin) into the bun. Slide one in each “corner” of the bun before you let go. Add a few more for extra security or if you feel it’s too loose. Pull some hair down around your face, add a hairpin or two next to the bun and your good to go!
Try them out! Make sure to post a photo and tag me in your easy but classy Christmas style ❤️
